Phone Acting Strange

This past week we’ve had a few people let us know that they’ve had trouble reaching us by phone. We are aware of the problem and are working with Cox to resolve it. If you’ve had an issue reaching us recently, please let us know. It may be a carrier issue, since many who have reported this problem to us are using the same carrier (AT&T).
Thanks- and we’ll be open all regular hours this weekend.

  1. Hi, I’ve been trying to reach you by phone, but it tells me your phone is not accepting calls at this time…. just that you know. Would have loved to schedule an appointment. Best, Gisela

    • Hi- We are still working on this problem with Cox (our phone service) who has identified the problem as being an AT&T issue, and possibly other carriers. We’re trying to get info from people who are having trouble calling us so that we can be sure to address this problem thoroughly.
