Free Ear Acupuncture Clinic!

Come try out a free ear acupuncture treatment!

Acudetox or the NADA protocol is commonly used in addiction recovery and trauma support work, and is safe, simple, and effective for stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain, and cravings.  We are hosting a training for community members, and as part of their learning, people participating in the training will be offering free sample treatments to anyone who wants to come try it out!

When: Saturday October 13th from 2:30 to 4:30pm

Where: Providence Community Acupuncture 1055 Westminster St.

All treatments provided on a first come, first serve basis.

If you have questions about the training, or the ear clinic, please contact Caroline at providencecommunityacupuncture@gmail.com

As you all know, at PCA, we love increasing access to acupuncture in any way we can.  We were part of a powerful team that advocated for Licensed Chemical Dependency Professionals to be able to use NADA in their work confronting the opioid epidemic in Rhode Island.  We are proud to be hosting this training and free ear clinic as part of our continuing mission to ensure that acupuncture is available as a tool to anyone who wants it to support their own health and wellness.

  1. ooops- sorry – just realized this was a post for some training clinics we did for an ear acupuncture class that happened in the fall. These will continue at sometime in the future but we don’t have any definite dates set yet. These free ear clinics will be at PCA and anyone can attend. Stay tuned….

    • This weekly ear acupuncture clinic operated by Providence Community Acupuncture on behalf of Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) happens Tuesdays from 10a.m. to 2p.m.
It is located at the Chafee Health Center location on Allens Ave, in Providence but is for for PCHC’s patients only.
So if you get your see medical providers at PCHC at any of their Providence locations you can visit this clinic.
Sorry- we didn’t make up the rules, they did, and they are funding this clinic.

note- PCA and PCHC are in partnership for this project but we are completely separate organizations.
